Tryout Results

2020 FOH Seattle High School Spring/Summer Teams

Thank you to all who attended tryouts for FOH Seattle teams!  Our organization had to make tough decisions in selecting the teams that we will be forming.  Best of luck to those players who did not currently make a team.

Below is a list of teams that we will be forming this Spring/Summer Season!  Those that were chosen to a team, will also receive an email shortly through our Team Management system, which will ask you to Accept or Deny your spot. Please accept or deny your spot by 5:00pm Saturday March 14th. (you can also email info@fohseattle.com)

  • Should any players decline we will reach out to our first alternates on our lists.
  • We will possibly be holding LAST CHANCE tryouts once we resume the season!  We appreciate your patience and flexibility over this month as we wait for direction on the lift of the shutdown/closures and social distancing to help stop the spread of Covid-19. Like many we are hoping for the best and can’t wait to get back to normalcy. We are so excited to get our teams back on the court, but our players, families and community is our top priority.
  • As an AAU program and organization that works with many student athletes and families in the state of Washington – we hope all can understand the current climate of our world and we ask for patience and flexibility.  Stay healthy everyone!

Thank you to all who attended tryouts for FOH Seattle teams! Our organization had to make tough decisions in selecting the teams that we will be forming. Best of luck to those players who did not currently make a team.

Below is a list of teams that we will be forming this Spring/Summer Season for 16U and 17U Girls. Those that were chosen to a team, will also receive an email shortly through our Team Management system, which will ask you to Accept or Deny your spot. You can also email info@fohseattle.com

All players will also be emailed asking for them to accept their spots. Should any players decline we will reach out to our first alternates on our lists.

  • If for any reason, we have a number of players that decline spots on a team, and we do not have enough alternates: then we reserve the right to fold a team at FOH’s discretion.
  • We hope all understand the caliber and quality of the teams that our program produces each year, we are excited for the talent that we have and are looking forward to this upcoming season! Thanks again to all who tried out!
  • LASTLY (Covid-19 and its impact to our upcoming season) – These are unprecedented times, and we are assuming we would not even practice for another month or even longer and that the tournament season will also be cut shorter – but our hope is that once things get back to normalcy, that we will move forward with our spring/summer teams, so we are conducting business as usual. It is possible that we hold additional tryouts to round out rosters at our discretion.

As an AAU program and organization that works with many student athletes and families in the State of Washington – we hope all can understand the current climate of our world and we ask for patience and flexibility. But most importantly – our main concern is the safety for our student athletes, families, coaches and communities! Stay healthy everyone!
